(Mini) Mic Interview: Robin Kinnie, President, Motor City Woman & Audio Engineers of Detroit

Welcome to another edition of Pandora Presents: Pass the (Mini) Mic Interview Series, focused on womxn in advertising and music who are changing the numbers game and passing the mic to the next generation—all in less than 5 minutes. In acknowledgement of Black Music Month and #BlackLivesMatter, Pandora Presents Pass the Mic is highlighting the incredible contributions of black women in the audio industry whose work empowers the voices of individuals throughout the black community.

Robin Kinnie is the President of Motor City Woman and Audio Engineers of Detroit and head of the Detroit Chapter of Soundgirls.org. Robin created the studios after seeing a need for more women both in front of the mic and behind it, and her love for radio turned into a life passion that now produces thousands of hours of audio for hundreds of people and organizations.
